So remember how we live in a basement apartment? Well we love it and are so blessed because of our amazing Aunt Carolyn who lives upstairs and owns the house. It was her birthday last week and she turned 70 which is quite the milestone. She is one amazing, humble, loving woman. She just got called as the Relief Society President in our ward which is very fitting for her and she's extremely talented when it comes to music. Deja LOVES her too, and asks everyday to go upstairs and visit her. Here are some of the pics of the festivities of her birthday celebrations!
On her birthday some of us went to the park for a picnic lunch to spend time with Aunt C on her actual Birthday! It was fun to hit up a splash pad one more time before they all closed for the winter.
We also had a big cousins party the week after! It was quite the celebration with karaoke, catching up, games, tacos, and LOTS of cake :)
My sister-in-law also put in a ton of work making a special memory book for Aunt C. It's full of family pictures, memories, and notes from all her nieces and nephews.
